Brad Jarvis
Brad Jarvis is co-owner of D&B Outfitters, SafeFloor of Louisiana, and Yacht Armor, where he focuses on the business, project management, and customer side of the companies.
Drawing on more than a decade of experience managing complex projects, teams, budgets, and client relationships in the commercial construction industry, Brad brings an organized and professional approach to a business built around a lifelong passion for boating and the outdoors.
An avid boater and fisherman who has been around boats since a young age, Brad understands the products and services D&B offers from a customer's perspective. His background also includes CAD design and custom fabrication, giving the team additional capabilities when a project calls for a unique or customized solution.
Together with his brother-in-law and business partner, David Bolyard, Brad turned their shared passion for boating, fishing, and the outdoors into an opportunity to build a business around something they genuinely enjoy.
David Bolyard
David Bolyard is co-owner of D&B Outfitters, SafeFloor of Louisiana, and Yacht Armor and leads the hands-on installation and execution side of the business. With 10+ years of experience in the marine industry, David's background includes marine electronics, rigging, custom installations, and marine flooring.
As D&B's lead installer, David brings extensive firsthand experience working on and around boats. One of his greatest strengths is knowing what works, what doesn't, and what will actually hold up in real-world usb—whether outfitting a fishing boat, upgrading electronics, installing SafeFloor, or solving the unexpected challenges that come with custom marine work.
A lifelong boater, fisherman, outdoorsman, and sailor from a young age, David brings the same practical perspective to customers' boats that he does to his own. Along with Brad, he helped turn that shared passion into D&B—David & Brad—a business focused on quality work, practical solutions, and helping customers get more out of their time on the water.
